Marina Shmoukler

Marina Shmoukler is the Chief Financial Officer at Foundation for a Just Society. In this role, she oversees and ensures the fiscal and administrative integrity of the Foundation and its subsidiaries with total assets of $1.25B.

Marina brings extensive management and financial oversight experience from working for over two decades in the nonprofit and business sectors. Prior to joining Foundation for a Just Society, she was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Concern Worldwide US, an affiliate of Ireland’s largest aid and humanitarian agency. Marina previously held senior posts at American Jewish World Service, Delta Private Equity Partners, and the US-Russia Investment Fund. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Zicklin School of Business and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Lviv State Polytechnic University in Ukraine.
