Hongmei Cao

As the Director of Finance, Hongmei oversees all aspects of accounting functions at Gradian Health Systems across our global operations. Recently, she helped establish Gradian’s finance team in Kenya and implemented local financial reporting systems. Hongmei is leading the finance teams in streamlining accounting policies and procedures to support Gradian’s rapidly growing global business.

Hongmei brings more than 20 years of accounting experience to Gradian from a variety of industry sectors and companies, including the private, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors and companies such as AIG Life Insurance Company of Canada.

Hongmei is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and Information Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada.
