As Senior Manager of Operations, Ali oversees Gradian’s information management systems. This allows Gradian to synthesize all customer and equipment information to isolate relevant insights to business activities. This includes a specific focus on data that allows for more effective customer service, support, and training.

Additionally, Ali serves as a strategic partner to the COO to support system and platform updates that create efficiencies in managing information. This includes managing systems that provide reporting and oversight for logistics, sales, inventory, and finance.

Prior to Gradian, Ali worked in finance and at a retail start-up. He attended Pace University for Business Administration.
