Molly Jobe is Interim CEO of Gradian Health Systems, where she leads the organization’s day-to-day operations and executive team, oversees financial management and strategic planning, and works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, funders, and partners to ensure continuity and strong performance.

Molly helps organizations improve performance, manage liquidity, redesign operations, and lead through periods of change. She has stepped into interim leadership roles, including , Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Communications Director. Her experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, and the not-for-profit sector. Her cross-functional background in operations, human resources, marketing, and sales allows her to build solutions that last. Before moving into advisory work, she was Chief Operating Officer of a mid-size international law firm.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
