Dr. Ndaba Sipuka is an anesthesiologist based in Zambia.
He has been one of Gradian’s lead clinical trainers since 2018 supporting curriculum synthesis for simulation-based trainings for both the CCV and the UAM.
Dr. Ndaba is currently involved in capacity building activities in anaesthesia, critical care, and COVID-19 response at both the national and international levels.
In addition to being an anesthesiologist, Dr. Ndaba is a WFSA SAFE fellow and is also pursuing a master’s degree in Public Health at the Copperbelt University.
As a clinical operations specialist, Dr. Ndaba provides oversight and feedback on Gradian’s training and clinical operations.
